حذف حسابك وبياناتك

تطبيق وموقع «وبعدين للنقل» (com.wb3dentransport.app)

يمكنك حذف حسابك في «وبعدين للنقل» وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت بإحدى الطرق التالية.

الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق

  1. افتح تطبيق «وبعدين للنقل».
  2. انتقل إلى تبويب «حسابي» وسجّل الدخول.
  3. مرّر إلى أسفل الصفحة واضغط على «حذف الحساب نهائياً».
  4. أكّد الحذف في النافذة التي تظهر. يتم حذف الحساب فوراً.

الطريقة الثانية: من الموقع

  1. افتح wb3dentransport.com/t-account.html وسجّل الدخول.
  2. في قسم «حذف الحساب» اضغط «حذف حسابي» ثم أكّد.

الطريقة الثالثة: التواصل معنا

راسلنا عبر واتساب أو الهاتف +964 788 166 3585 لطلب حذف حسابك وسنقوم بذلك نيابةً عنك.

ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يُحتفظ به

يُحذف نهائياً: حسابك ومعلوماتك الشخصية (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، الملف الشخصي).

يُحتفظ به: سجلات الحجوزات والمدفوعات السابقة تُحفظ فقط للمدة التي يفرضها القانون للأغراض المحاسبية والقانونية (عادةً حتى بضع سنوات وفق القانون العراقي)، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهّل.

Delete your account & data

Wb3den Transport app & website (com.wb3dentransport.app)

You can delete your Wb3den Transport account and personal data at any time using any of the methods below.

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Open the Wb3den Transport app.
  2. Go to the "Account" tab and sign in.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account."
  4. Confirm in the dialog. The account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — On the web

  1. Open wb3dentransport.com/t-account.html and sign in.
  2. In the "Delete account" section, tap "Delete my account" and confirm.

Option 3 — Contact us

Message us on WhatsApp or phone +964 788 166 3585 to request deletion and we'll do it for you.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted permanently: your account and personal information (name, phone number, email, profile).

Kept: past booking and payment records are retained only for the period required by law for accounting and legal purposes (typically up to a few years under applicable Iraqi law), then deleted or anonymized.
