تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يقوم تطبيق وموقع وبعدين للنقل ("نحن") بجمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند حجز رحلات الحافلات أو السيارات الخاصة داخل العراق. باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.This policy explains how the Wb3den Transport app and website ("we", "us") collect, use, and protect your data when you book bus or private-car trips within Iraq. By using the service you agree to this policy.

1المعلومات التي نجمعهاInformation we collect

• معلومات الحجز: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، والمدينة، ونقطة الانطلاق/الوصول، وتفاصيل الرحلة والمقاعد.Booking details: name, phone number, email (optional), city, pickup/drop-off point, and trip & seat details.
• معلومات الدفع: تتم المدفوعات عبر مزوّدي دفع خارجيين (زين كاش والقسح). نحن لا نخزّن أرقام بطاقتك — يعالجها مزوّد الدفع مباشرةً؛ نحتفظ فقط بحالة الدفع ومرجع العملية.Payment info: payments are processed by third-party providers (ZainCash and Al-Qaseh). We do not store your card numbers — the provider handles them directly; we keep only the payment status and a transaction reference.
• معلومات الجهاز والإشعارات: رمز الإشعارات (Push token) ونوع الجهاز، لإرسال تحديثات الحجز.Device & notifications: a push token and device type, used to send you booking updates.
• معلومات الاستخدام: بيانات تحليلية مجمّعة عن استخدام التطبيق لتحسين الخدمة.Usage data: aggregated analytics about app usage to improve the service.

2كيف نستخدم معلوماتكHow we use your information

• معالجة حجوزاتك وإصدار التذاكر وبطاقات الصعود.To process your bookings and issue tickets & boarding passes.
• تأكيد الدفع والتواصل معك بخصوص رحلتك (رسائل، واتساب، إشعارات).To confirm payment and contact you about your trip (SMS, WhatsApp, push).
• تمكين شركة النقل/السائق من تنفيذ رحلتك.To let the carrier/driver fulfil your trip.
• الدعم ومكافحة الاحتيال وتحسين الخدمة.For support, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

3مشاركة المعلوماتSharing of information

نشارك الحد الأدنى من بياناتك فقط مع: شركات النقل/السائقين لتنفيذ رحلتك؛ مزوّدي الدفع (زين كاش، القسح) لإتمام العملية؛ ومزوّدي الرسائل والإشعارات. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث.We share the minimum necessary data only with: carriers/drivers to fulfil your trip; payment providers (ZainCash, Al-Qaseh) to complete the transaction; and messaging/notification providers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4الاحتفاظ بالبياناتData retention

نحتفظ ببيانات الحجز طالما كان ذلك ضرورياً لتقديم الخدمة والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والمحاسبية، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.

5حقوقكYour rights

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك في أي وقت عبر التواصل معنا. سنستجيب لطلبك في أقرب وقت ممكن.You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

6الأمانSecurity

نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) وضوابط وصول لحماية بياناتك. لا يمكن ضمان الأمان الكامل لأي نظام، لكننا نتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحمايتك.We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect you.

7الأطفالChildren

الخدمة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8تغييرات على هذه السياسةChanges to this policy

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة.We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top will reflect any change.
