• Booking & contact info: name, phone number, and email (if provided) — to complete bookings, send your ticket, and contact you about your trip.
• Trip details: cities, dates, seats or private car, and the pickup address you type in.
• Purchase history: bookings and payments linked to your account.
• Technical data: device type and anonymized analytics identifiers to improve performance and ads.

How we use it

• Fulfil your bookings, issue tickets, and communicate about your trips.
• Process payments via secure third-party gateways.
• Improve our services and measure our advertising.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the app:

• Transport companies you book with (name + phone to arrange the trip).
• Payment gateways (ZainCash / Al-Qaseh) to process payments.
• Infrastructure & analytics (Supabase for data storage, Meta for ad measurement) — with hashed/anonymized identifiers.

Security & retention

Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and stored on secure servers. We keep it for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
